Lee Perlman
Co-creator, Performer and Producer
Manhattan born and bred, at age 22 made aliya (emigrated to) Israel with the Hashomer Hatzair Socialist-Zionist youth movement in 1982.
After six years as a member of Kibbutz Harel, Lee moved to Tel Aviv where he has lived ever since.

All of Lee’s degrees are in theatre – B.A. from U.C.L.A., M.A. and PhD. from Tel Aviv University. Lee is the founding and current board chair of IMPACT, a diverse global organization engaging arts and culture to build more creative, inclusive societies.
Lee’s research on arts and conflict transformation includes: Buffer Fringe Festival 2020: An Artist-Based Conflict Transformation Festival on the Fringes and his critical study on Jews and Palestinians on the Israeli stage But Abu Ibrahim, We’re Family!

Lee’s work, research and activism have spanned the areas of cross-border Palestinian Israeli cooperation, Jewish-Arab shared society and equality, Jewish pluralism, Israeli cultural policy and education.
He served as Executive Director of The America-Israel Cultural Foundation in Israel, and has held senior positions at The Abraham Initiatives, The Jewish Federations of North America, Melitz Centers for Jewish-Zionist Education and currently at The Israel Center for Educational Innovation (ICEI).

Lee is an active member of Bet Daniel, a Reform community in Tel Aviv. He previously served as Synagogue President and as a steering committee member of Israel Religious Action Center (IRAC).

Nadav Bossem
Co-creator, Performer and Producer
Winner of the Shulamit Aloni Prize for Civil and Human Rights in the Arts, 2023.

In creating and performing his own material, Nadav is interested in challenging audiences with conflictual issues of gender and political content.
​
Girls in Arms, is an evolving, satirical, site-responsive fictitious military heritage tour. Nadav portrays one of two female IDF soldiers, whose mission is to re-engage Israeli citizens with IDF’s traditions.
​
Things I Found in my Mother's Closet a personal performance piece, in which the audience was invited to an immersive experience that recreated his late mother's home.
The Committee, (Winner of Best Play & Director Awards at the Kishon Israeli Comedy Festival, 2022), is a recreation of Nadav's personal battle as a foster father against the welfare system.
His last work, The Lady from Abu Dis, is a bittersweet homage to the dying political theatre in Israel.
Ori Lenkinski
Dramaturg
Ori Lenkinski is a Tel Aviv-based dancer, actress, choreographer and journalist. Her work, be it on stage, the Internet or on paper, is devoted to exploring the connection between words and movement.

As a dancer, Ori has worked with independent choreographers in the USA, Europe and Israel. Ori’s writing has been published in Dance Magazine, The Huffington Post, The Jerusalem Post, Haaretz and others. She is the founder and editor of www.creativewriting.me, an online platform to response to performance.
Her choreographic works include The Painting, Portrait #2, The Suit, Meet Me in the Market, Help Desk, Birth Preparation Course, a dance piece, Jackie Pink and Black, Escape Room as well as the dance films Carriage and Expecting.

Naomi Marberg Shpilkerman
Scene and Costume Design
Naomi Marberg Shpilkerman is a stage and graphic designer with strong conceptual thinking and a broad visual perspective.
She specializes in lighting and set design, branding and UX/UI design.
She has designed productions at the Cameri Theatre, the Nico Nitai Theatre, The Teatronetto (Monodrama) Festival (Jaffa Theatre and Akko Theatre) and the Tel Aviv University Theatre.
She holds an MFA degree in Stage Design, with a specialization in theatrical lighting, from Tel-Aviv University.

Noa Prashker
Assistant Director & Stage Manager
Noa Prashker is an M.F.A. graduate of the acting program at Tel Aviv University.
A member of a creative ensemble, she performs in independent productions, designed the stage and costumes for various productions, works as a voice actress, and teaches theatre classes in mental health centers.

Meravida (Merav Ferziger)
Video Art
Meravida (Merav Ferziger) is an interdisciplinary artist creating primarily through the mediums of video, live visual projections, and land art.
She focuses on the intersection of digital media and physical environments, crafting immersive visual narratives and site-specific experiences. Through her art, she seeks to inspire compassion, connection and wonder.

Matan Preminger
Lighting Design, Tmu-na Theatre,
Tel Aviv Production
Matan Preminger is an actor, director, teacher and lighting designer. He is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University’s Theater Arts Department.
His body of work as a director includes Let There Be Darkness (2022) created with Anna Baniel for the A Genre Festival at Tmuna Theater and Working Light (2017), created with Anna Baniel for the Intimadance Festival at Tmuna Theater.
Preminger is one of the most in-demand lighting designers in Israel. He has created lighting design for dozens of theater and dance productions in Israel and abroad.
Among others, he has designed lighting for The Cameri Theater, Khan Theater, the Israel Festival, the Akko International Festival for Alternative Theater, the Haifa International Children’s Theater Festival, Teatroneto Festival, Tmuna Theater, Tzavta Theater, Jaffa Theater, Orna Porat Children’s Theater, The National Theater for Children and Youth, The Be’er Sheva Theater for Children and Youth, Library Theater, Nephesh Theater, Nissan Nativ Acting Studio, the Kibbutzim Seminar College, the Goodman Acting School of the Negev, Yoram Levinstein’s Performing Arts Studio and Beit Tzvi School for the Performing Arts.
Since 2013, he has served as the technical director and lighting teacher for Alon High School’s Drama Department in Ramat Hasharon, Israel.

Nizar Hamra
Lighting Design, Akko Fringe Festival
Nizar Hamra, born in Haifa, is a lighting designer, who has designed dozens of productions in Arab theatres in Israel, the Akko Fringe Theatre Festival, the Marsraheed (Arabic Monodrama) Festival, acting schools, the University of Haifa and community centers. He served for three years as the Director of the Arab Culture Festival at Bet Hagefen in Haifa and for eighteen years as the Technical Director of the Al-Midan Theatre in Haifa.
Nizar studied interior design in Athens, where he worked as a stage designer for many small theatres. He studied lighting design with designers Judy Cooperman and Hani Vardi and completed the stage director track of the Alfa Performance Arts School in Tel Aviv. He is a graduate of the Arab Orthodox High School in Haifa.
